I recommend it for anyone who wants to improve his/her upper body strength and fitness. Customer Rating: Summary: Great Product! Comment: I was looking for a way to get this kind of an upper body workout without having to permanently mount a pull-up bar in my apartment... and this product did the trick! It's a great product... does, for the most part, just what it says it does. The only issue would be that it is not really practical for the tricep dips like it says it is. Customer Rating: Summary: As Expected Comment: This is definitely a good work out can feel it in my arms, shoulders, and upper abs. I give 5 stars for the pull up bar and subtract one because the ab straps are difficult to use effectively. Customer Rating: Summary: doorway too thick - be forewarned Comment: While this is a quality product, the other review saying the door jamb must measure 5.5 to 6 in. (14-16 cm) is correct. If you have thick moldings it does not hold.
Useful: Fishing: the perfect sport
You don't have to be athletic either. It doesn't require any conditioning at all to sit in a boat and throw a line out. Even in the most strenuous circumstances, like river fishing where you often fight strong deep currents, don't require an amazing physique. You only need to be able to walk so you can move along the river. And even if you can't walk, there's always the lake.
