Comment: I ordered the gift as a present for someone who lives in a very cold climate and needed warm socks with which to go walking in the winter. My friend was pleased with them and seemed to feel that they would be of use. My only problem was with Canada Post. They seem to have had a problem delivering the socks to a monastery that was open all the time and received packages on a daily basis. In any case, the price was right and the person at the Sox store in Canada was accessible over time to see that the problem got fixed.
Amazon, too, was very gracious and eager to resolve the shipping problem and even refunded my money very quickly after I filed a claim.

Comment: Just got several pair of the -30 below, -40 below and -50 below socks. BEST SOCKS EVER. I have a high arch and the "smart wool" type socks are too tight and get "crunchy" after a dozen washings. These have a high terry pile and are very soft and warm. Just what you want in a winter sock. Good socks are getting hard to find.

The seller could communicate better, and shipping was OK, took about a week to get the socks from Canada. Well worth the wait and a great price too.
