It comes packed up quite tightly, and because of the material you will have to steam it or have it pressed before wearing. My biggest coplaint was that the hat was GINORMOUS. I had to pin it just to keep it from falling down- not just falling a little over my eyes, but all the way to my neck. It looked a little silly with the folding & pinning, but I made it work. it arrived on time (the day before Halloween) with regular shipping. I got a little panicky and called customer service to see if I could expedite. They were extremely nice and told me that the product had already shipped (this was the day after I ordered it)and would most likely arrive on time.
Honestly, I expected the costume to be cheesy like most are, but it was really cute and well made.
